Overview
The Fixed Form Concrete Paver is built for stable, consistent paving in linear stretches like service roads, industrial pathways, and warehouse floors. It delivers a compact and durable concrete layer through precise vibratory compaction and controlled finishing.
As a fixed form road paver machine, it works on steel side forms set to the required line and level, travelling on the forms to place, vibrate and finish the slab in a single pass. Setting forms first is what makes this the practical choice on service roads, industrial pathways and warehouse floors, where the run is defined and the forms can be set economically.
The drive system is fully electric — industrial-grade motors and heavy-duty gearboxes, with no hydraulic circuit anywhere on the machine. For a paver finisher working long shifts on Indian sites, that removes hydraulic oil leaks, seal failures and heat-related viscosity problems from the daily maintenance load, and removes the hydraulic oil cost with them.
Working width, screed configuration and the finishing arrangement are confirmed against your project specification before quoting. Tell us the slab width, the thickness you are paving to and the site access, and our engineering team will confirm the machine configuration.
