About this equipment
The RTC-30 runs on embedded or surface-laid rail between bays, carrying its own 76.8V LFP battery pack so there is no trailing cable to snag, no conductor rail to install, and no festoon system to maintain. All four wheels are independently driven by geared motors, giving consistent traction under full load in both directions of travel.
No trailing cable. No conductor rail. No festoon system. The RTC-30 carries its own power, which removes the track-side electrical infrastructure a conventional rail car needs and the maintenance load that comes with it — no cable reel to service, no collector shoes to replace, no festoon trolleys to realign.
Deck size is confirmed to your load — a typical 4000 × 2000 mm deck at 750 mm loading height suits most bay-transfer applications, with the frame, wheelbase and rail specification (52 kg/m) engineered around your actual stock or billet dimensions.
Designed, fabricated and supported from our ISO 9001:2015 certified facility in Indore. As an Indian-made machine, lead times, spares and service response are shorter than an imported equivalent.
