Overview
For large-scale road construction, the Slipform Paver enables continuous, monolithic paving without the need for fixed side forms. With electronically synchronized components and real-time grade control, it ensures accurate depth, grade, and surface tolerance over long stretches.
As a slipform paver machine, the mould shapes and extrudes the slab continuously as the machine advances on electric track drive, so no side forms are set and no forms have to be stripped afterwards. On national highways, city roads and industrial zones that is the difference between a continuous pour and a stop-start operation.
Grade and thickness are held by string-line or sensor-based control, with electronically synchronised components maintaining depth and surface tolerance across long stretches. The powertrain is electric motor and gearbox throughout with zero hydraulics, which removes the hydraulic failure modes a slipform paver would otherwise accumulate over a long paving season.
Mould profile, paving width and add-ons such as the auger system, vibrator modules and onboard compaction are configured to the specified works. Share the carriageway width, slab thickness and grade-control method you are using and our engineering team will confirm the configuration.
